The Oregon 2020 Project is a collaboration of citizen scientists and professional ornithologists working towards a high-quality, statewide estimate of the abundance and distribution of Oregon's birds by the year 2020.

We have over 2,800 Oregon 2020 Hotspot Squares distributed across the state. Checklists collected in these squares provide a more even coverage of birding data across Oregon.
